Join our Patient Participation Group and get involved

We would like to welcome our patients to join our Practice wide Tower Family Healthcare Patient Participation Group (PPG).

What is a PPG?

A PPG is a great example of patient partnership, putting patients at the heart of what we do.

A PPG brings together patients and carers that represent the Practice’s patient community, along with members of the Practice team.

Through our PPG, patients and members of the Practice team will come together both in person and virtually on a range of themes.  Through the PPG, we want to share information updates and collaborate with patients on developments to ensure we are providing services that meet individual needs, and that our patients have a positive experience.

The PPG isn’t a place where individual patient concerns will be discussed, we have a separate process to support any patients that may have a concern they would like to discuss, or a compliment they would like to share.  Find out more about this on our complaints and compliments web page.

The work plan of the PPG will be geared around the needs of our patient community, considering current challenges and opportunities, to agree what the PPG wants to achieve for patients and the Practice.

When will the PPG meet?

We will hold PPG meetings regularly, both face to face and online, and share important updates and information between meetings where appropriate.

How can I get involved?

  • Participate in meetings.
  • Receive information and updates.
  • Collaborate on service developments and influence improvements.
  • Become an ambassador within the community to help recruit new members.
  • Promote health initiatives with other patients.

How to get involved

If you are a patient at the Practice and would like to be part of our PPG, you can complete this online form and we’ll be in touch.
