You can do this by accessing our website’s digital assistant. It is available at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
Simply choose the ‘General enquiries’ option, followed by the ‘Update my details’ option, and follow the steps.
Patients that move out of the local area can request to remain registered with the practice
Patients that move out of the local area can request to remain registered with the practice if their health care needs can be safely met and they are able to attend the practice for appointments. Home visits are generally not available for out of area patients.
If you have moved out of the local area but would like to remain registered with the practice, please let us know.
