You may have seen some references on social media to a limited company Tower Family Healthcare Ltd that was dissolved in February 2022 and concerns about this.
Just for clarity the GP services of Tower Family Healthcare have always been and will continue to be provided by Tower Family Healthcare Partnership and not the limited company.
The limited company has in fact never traded. TFH Ltd was registered at Companies House mainly to secure the name when Tower Family Healthcare was formed but as it was never needed it was allowed to be dissolved.
Please be assured that the services of Tower Family Healthcare will continue to be provided by the partnership.
