Last month, around 430 patients didn’t attend a pre-booked appointment at the Practice.
This included appointments of different durations such as GP, nursing and physiotherapy appointments.
If you no longer need your appointment please let us know in advance so that we can offer this to help another patient.
You don’t have to contact us by phone, you can also cancel via your text reminder or the NHS App.
