Paul Massey is the Managing Partner at the Practice, where he spearheads finance, business development and operations. Additionally, he plays a key role in advancing healthcare initiatives as a Board member of Horizon Primary Care Network.
With over two decades of experience within the NHS, Paul’s journey began in 2000 as a healthcare support worker within secure mental health services. Transitioning to General Practice in 2008, he was instrumental in establishing a brand new GP Practice, assembling a dedicated team from the ground up.
Paul’s dedication extends to bringing the latest advancements in healthcare directly to our patients. He has been instrumental in introducing clinical research programmes and facilitating access to new medications and medical devices within our Practice, ensuring that our patients benefit from cutting edge treatments and therapies. He thrives on problem solving, constantly seeking ways to enhance efficiency for the benefit of both our team and our patients.
