We are open from 8am until 6.30pm Monday to Friday.
- We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays.
- On the second Thursday of each month we are closed for staff training between 1pm and 3.30pm.
- All calls (inbound and outbound) made to and from the practice are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Enhanced Access General Practice appointments
Additional General Practice appointments are available for our patients through the Enhanced Access service.
This service offers more choice, convenience and flexibility for patients, with additional evening and weekend GP and Nurse appointments that can be booked by contacting our reception team.
This service is available
- Monday to Friday from 6.30pm to 8pm
- Saturday from 9am to 5pm
- Sunday from 10am to 4pm
- Bank holiday availability
The service is delivered from two convenient locations
- Moorgate Primary Care Centre in Bury town centre
- Radcliffe Primary Care Centre in Radcliffe
How to book an evening and weekend appointment
Our patients can book by contacting our reception team and asking for an evening and weekend appointment.
If you contact us by phone at the weekend when the Enhanced Access service is open, your call will be automatically diverted.
