Last month, around 500 patients didn’t attend a pre-booked appointment at the Practice.
This was for appointments of different durations including GP, nursing and physiotherapy appointments.
If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know so that we can offer this to help another patient.
You don’t have to contact us by phone, you can also cancel via your text reminder or the NHS App.
