Ibrahim Amin is the Lead Practice Pharmacist and Partner at Tower Family Healthcare.
He is an independent prescriber with extensive therapeutic knowledge, managing a team of in house pharmacists and working closely with our wider clinical team to deliver quality prescribing and improved outcomes for our patients.
Medicines optimisation is a key part of his role, this involves running clinics to support patients to manage both acute and long term health conditions, along with ensuring the effective and appropriate prescribing of medicines. He is also an antibiotic guardian, taking measures to reduce the impact of antibiotic resistance in the future.
Ibrahim is passionate about training and education and has delivered training to professionals locally, regionally and nationally.
Outside of work he is a keen hiker and follows Liverpool Football Club.
