Dr. Raj Saxena

Dr. Raj Saxena is a GP Partner who is based at our Minden site, he has worked at the Practice for more than two decades.   He also provides clinical liaison support to the COPD Community Nursing team.

Originally trained as a hospital doctor, he gained experience in many areas of medicine including neurology, gastroenterology, rheumatology and cardiology, before moving into General Practice.

He has a special interest in neurology, rheumatology and COPD.  He also supports first and second year undergraduate medical students.

Helping patients, ensuring the access to good care and helping to sort out problems to the best of his ability are the parts of his role he enjoys most.  

Outside of work he regularly visits the cinema, enjoys reading and listening to 80s music.
